The predecessor in interest to Rosenstein Law Offices,
P.C. was founded in 1995 by Richard S. Rosenstein.
Since 1977, Rosenstein
has concentrated his law practice on real estate and related matters.
A quick
look at Richard S. Rosenstein.
Rosenstein was formerly a real estate partner in the
law firm of Rudnick & Wolfe (now Piper Rudnick),
which has one of the largest real estate practices in the United States.
At Rudnick Rosenstein worked on a variety of real estate matters both
in the Chicago metropolitan area and nationally.
Prior to his work at Rudnick, Rosenstein was Vice President
and General Counsel of Stein & Company (now Mesirow Stein Real Estate,
Inc.), a Chicago based real estate development, management and consulting
firm. While at Stein, Rosenstein played a key role in the development,
leasing and management of such projects as the 2.5 million square
foot AT&T Corporate Center/ USG Building complex in Chicago, Illinois.
Before joining Stein, Rosenstein practiced law and was
a principal of a real estate development group that developed such
projects as the Bannockburn Lake Office Plaza complex and Bannockburn
Green Retail Center in Bannockburn, Illinois.
The primary emphasis of Rosenstein's practice is commercial
leasing and building management matters. During his career Rosenstein
has represented landlords, tenants, subtenants and assignees in the negotiation, documentation
and administration of hundreds of leases and subleases totaling millions of square
feet of space in transactions ranging in size from less than 1,000
to more than 800,000 square feet.
A portfolio of some of
the commercial leasing and building management projects and matters
with which Rosenstein has been involved during his career has been
