Richard S. Rosenstein
Since 1996, Rosenstein has consulted on economic
development matters and incentives for clients on projects budgeted
in the aggregate in excess of $1 Billion, and has worked on economic
development matters with state and local government, government agencies
and public/ private development partnerships in over 40 states.
Rosenstein has spoken before real estate industry
and other groups, including the Practicing Law Institute, the Association
of Legal Administrators and BOMA International, on real estate matters
and issues, and for a number of years chaired an American Conference
Institute conference on tenant defaults and related leasing and lease
administration matters. In addition, he has written and contributed
to articles of practical assistance to real estate managers for publications
such as the BOMA/Chicago Report and the Commercial
Lease Law Insider.
Rosenstein is a graduate of Syracuse University and
the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he studied at the Law
School's London (England) Law Center for a year. He has also done
postgraduate studies in taxation, and in May, 2002 completed the Kellogg
Management Institute (KMI) executive management program at the Kellogg
School of Management of Northwestern University.
He is
admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, and is a licensed
Illinois real estate broker.
Rosenstein is a member of the Chicago
Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association,
CoreNet Global corporate real estate network
and the Building Owners and Managers Association
of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago).
