Richard S. The major emphasis of his practice currently is commercial leasing and building management matters.

Among other significant commercial leasing and building management assignments, Rosenstein represented ownership in the initial leasing and management of such projects as:

• Bannockburn Lake Office Plaza complex, Bannockburn, Illinois;
• Bannockburn Green Retail Center, Bannockburn, Illinois; and
• Midway Industrial Park (4780/4800 South Central), Chicago, Illinois.

Rosenstein Law Offices, P.C. is continuing its leasing and building management practice with assignments on behalf of such projects as the International Tower property (8550 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago). In addition to ongoing leasing and management representation for the office building and parking facilities, Rosenstein represented ownership in the negotiation of the ground lease of the property for the Renaissance Hotel currently under construction at the complex.

The commercial leasing matters for which Rosenstein has been responsible include not only some of the largest, but also some of the more complex leasing transactions negotiated in the Chicago metropolitan area, in many cases opposite some of the largest law firms and companies in the United States.
