Professional Experience:
Richard Rosenstein has concentrated his practice
in the area of real estate law for over 30 years in private practice,
as a principal in a development company, as Vice- President and
General Counsel of Stein & Company (now a unit of Mesirow Financial)
and as a real estate partner in the law firm of Rudnick & Wolfe
(now DLA Piper). Some of the details of Richard's professional

While he now concentrates his practice in real
estate law and related matters, Richard has significant experience
in general business law and transactions, estate planning and probate
matters and related tax issues. This broad practice background
and experience has given him a wider perspective and deeper insight
into issues confronting his real estate clients and approaches
to resolving those issues.

- Richard has spoken before real estate industry and other groups, including the Practicing Law Institute, the Association of Legal Administrators and BOMA International, on real estate matters and issues.
- For a number of years he chaired an American Conference Institute conference on tenant defaults and related leasing and lease administration matters.
